The prefix CP-49-CR identifies a Northumberland County Common Pleas criminal docket. An MDJ number is different. Keep both when a case crosses levels because the Common Pleas docket commonly identifies its originating MDJ file.

A court disposition is the recorded outcome. It may be a conviction, acquittal, dismissal, withdrawal, nolle prosequi, or diversionary result. Nolle prosequi means the prosecutor formally chose not to continue a charge under court procedure. It is not another term for conviction.
